Access from the 3rd ring road could benefit from better signage!!! The gym gets busy since it's open to more than just hotel guests. Bell personnel need clear identification for safety!!!

The spacious Jen Skyline King provided a great bathroom experience, and I appreciated the responsive staff during my 2-night stay. The breakfast featured delicious cinnamon rolls along with various Chinese and Western dishes, enhancing the dining experience. The gym was impressive with plenty of cardio machines, but the pricing seemed a bit steep for the facilities offered. However, access to the subway made getting around convenient, despite limited seating in common areas.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with an incredible view of the skyline. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast had a great variety, especially the Asian options. The gym was one of the best I've seen and helped us stay active during our trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the pillows were too soft for our liking and would need improvement for a better night's sleep.

Diving into the culinary scene, I discovered mouthwatering delights like the tasty bites at Nadaman Japanese Restaurant! The vibrant decor and easy access to amazing local eateries kept me fueled for my Beijing adventures. Also, shoutout to the fantastic gym and sauna, pure relaxation after a day exploring.

But let's keep it real, some staff struggled with English, and when my sister and I were loaded with bags, no one offered us a hand! They just chatted and puffed outside. Just a minor hiccup in an otherwise fab stay.

The gym and wet/dry sauna are top-notch. Also, big shoutout to the front desk manager. she was super helpful and spoke English perfectly. Tried in-room breakfast too, which was delish! Just wish there was more space to chill in the lobby. Overall, a great experience!

I was impressed with the concierge staff, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Their help ranged from providing local maps to even ordering winter clothing for me when I couldn't find any in the nearby mall. The city view from my room was quite stunning, adding to my overall experience.
